Philly Cheesesteak Bowls

THESE are a HIT for my family. Now, I definitely have to chop up the onions and peppers pretty small but if I do that we are good to go! I will even put their’s on homemade tortillas/bread and they love it. This is a big one in our normal rotation. I mean who doesn’t love a philly cheesesteak?

What you will need:

1 lb of ground beef

1 chopped yellow onion (based on your flavor liking)

1 whole green bell pepper chopped

1 cup beef broth

2 T ketchup

1 T Worcestershier

1 T cornstarch

Garlic Salt

Pepper

How:

Turn skillet on medium heat and add beef. Brown slightly then add onions, peppers, and garlic salt & pepper to taste. In a separate bowl mix together beef broth, Worcestershier, and cornstarch until no clumps remain. Pour over ground beef mixture and let turn down into a simmer. Let simmer for 20 min. Mixture will thicken up. Now you can enjoy this over rice, veggies, tortillas or buns.
