Krispie Protein Bar

Imagine having a rice krispie that also has protein! I have been working on this recipe for awhile and not going to lie I almost threw in the towel because I could not get the consistency right. BUT WE NAILED IT. Your kids are going to love these and you will to. Mix up the protein choice too add a different flavor.

What you will need:

6 cups One Degree Sprouted Rice Cereal

6 cups “Dandies” mini marshmellows

6 tbsp butter (grassfed if you like the flavor)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup 1st Phorm Phormula 1 Vanilla Icecream or Magical Charms if in season.

How:

Spray 9x13 in pan. In a pot melt butter, marshmallows on low heat being sure to stir constantly. When marshmallows are melted remove from heat and stir in vanilla and protein powder. Stir in rice cereal and press in glass baking dish. Allow them to cool and set up. The bars do better when you eat them that day.
