Greek Salad
I love a good Greek Salad. Especially one that is easy to throw together and have all week for meal prep.
What you will need:
3-4 oz of grilled chicken
2.5 cups of romaine lettuce
1 cup cucumbers, sliced
4 grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 T chopped red onion
2 T Bolthouse Caesar dressing
How:
Grill chicken to you liking. Chop lettuce, onion, cucumber and tomato. Top romaine lettuce with veggies, chicken and dressing. This is a great one that you can prep for the week. Simply cut up more veggies and grill more chicken. It is easy to throw together for the week. I would keep veggies and everything separate until you assemble the salad each day for your meal.
