No Spike PB Smoothie
This green smoothie will give your body the perfect balance of nutrients in order to keep your blood sugar stable. Use this smoothie in the morning and you will see improvements in your energy throughout the day.
What you will need:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup Fairlife milk (or milk of choice)
3/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 avocado
1 T Chia Seeds
1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Salted Peanut Butter (or another flavor that you like)
optional: 1 scoop of 1st Phone Unflavored Collagen
How:
Throw all the ingredients into the smoothie, except the level-1. Blend everything together until smooth. Throw a few pieces of ice in and blend again. Now put the scoop of Level-1 in and give it a quick 5-8 second pulse. This will keep it creamy without getting too foamy! Enjoy!
